Four-Cycle Applications Lawn care equipment operating temperatures, especially with air-cooled engines, can rise quite high, jeopardizing equipment life. In addition, conventional petroleum motor oils also become quite hot and quickly experience oxidative and thermal breakdown, resulting in premature engine wear.
